The Blue Energy global Culture initiative is an internal facing program designed for Team Members to express their passion and commitment to our Guests and fellow Team Members.
Throughout the year, our hotel seeks to work with a variety of organizations to spread the light and warmth of hospitality in the community:
Crossroads Transitional Family Shelter - Donations
Crossroads’ mission is to “support families as they transition from homelessness to independent living and self-sufficiency”. Today Crossroads provides shelter, case management, housing search, stabilization services, and food pantry assistance to homeless, formerly-homeless and low-income families.
Project Bread - Walk For Hunger
Project Bread brings a fresh approach to ending hunger. They promote sustainable and reliable access to healthy food for all, invest in the strength and resiliency of local communities, and collaborate with others in building a robust regional food system.
Rosie’s Place - Donations
Provides meals and shelter, but also creates answers for 12,000 women a year through wide ranging support, housing and education services. Rosie’s Place relies solely on the generous support of individuals, foundations and corporations and does not accept any city, state or federal funding.
Local Colleges (Fisher College/Johnson & Wales)
Through career service tours and job shadows, the hotel seeks to inspire and provide insights to the hospitality industry to young and motivated students.
