Shipping And Receiving

Packages for functions may be delivered to the hotel up to one week prior to the event/convention.  Arrangements must be made through your Catering/Event Manager for storage. Please note that the hotel storage facilities are extremely limited and storage/receiving fees apply.
 
Please do not ship valuables. We cannot be responsible for contents.
When shipping materials to the hotel, please include the following information on all packages to ensure proper delivery and storage:

We also recommend you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package. Guests will be responsible for the packing and return of all packages.
 
Receiving, handling and shipping charges may apply. No COD packages will be accepted. The Hotel policies on safe package handling are based on advice from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Shipping from the Hilton Boston Logan Airport

The Hilton Boston Logan Airport will be pleased to assist in shipping material from the Hotel once your function is completed.  The Hotel utilizes UPS and FedEx for our shipping needs. Please contact our Security Team (617) 568-6755 for pick-up and delivery schedules. A Freight-Forwarding form should be obtained from your Catering/Event Manager and completely filled out for shipping.  Please note: any expenses incurred will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Fed Ex and UPS shipping supplies are available at Guest Services.
  • Small items to be shipped may be dropped off at the Front Desk.
  • International Shipments MUST be accompanied by a commercial invoice – available at Guest Services.
  • Large items will be picked up by Security. Call Guest Services at x60 from a house phone no later than 5:00pm.
  • UPS ONLY – Client must contact UPS if shipping from the Hotel with their account number or pre-arranged air bill.
